HI-SPEED A300 Entry Level Washdown Checkweigher from Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed

Hi-Speed’s A300 is an entry level checkweigher designed for applications where solid performance, high value, and stainless steel construction are key user requirements. It's ideal for customers who are on a limited budget or may only need to use a checkweigher on a limited basis.

The A300 utilizes the Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed XC control. The XC is equipped with many features customers look for in a basic checkweigher. The XC control provides easy and intuitive menu navigation with 11 separate fields of information neatly organized in a full color 5.7” color touch screen interface. For added security, access to set up and configuration menus are password protected. The color touch screen offers easy to understand menu options and provides dual language capability.

Features

Open Sight Lines: The open design of the A300 delivers clear sight lines for inspection and accessibility for maintenance, cleaning and sanitation, which speeds up sanitation and routine maintenance efforts reducing downtime and lost production capacity.

Stainless Steel Construction: Stainless steel construction is more resistant to the detergents and cleaning protocols commonly found in most food processing applications. All major A300 assemblies, including the frame, motors, pulleys and control enclosure are all made of the stainless steel construction.

Compact Design: The A300's space saving design makes it ideal for existing production lines where space is a premium. The control enclosure is compact and mounted within the footprint of the machine between the front legs. To save valuable space the enclosure door opens to the front thus permitting the A300 to be mounted closer to walls or other production lines. This design also permits easy service and maintenance access to the A300 electronics.

Auxiliary Discharge Conveyor: The standard A300 is a 2-belt design enabling customers to use their own conveyor for the discharge section. This configuration enables the A300 to fit in tight spaces and can be deployed for a very economical price.

Simple Maintenance: “No-Tools” maintenance design is a time-saver for processing lines that are increasingly under pressure to clean and changeover their checkweighers more frequently in less time.
