  • Description: Feeders are available with overhead drives, multiple drive arrangements, grizzlies and dust covers to meet your unique application requirements. Feeders can be arranged for either base or suspension mounting.

    Eriez' electromagnetic feeders require minimal maintenance. Our electromagnetic design has no moving parts such as shafts, cams or bearings thus eliminating the need for lubrication.

    Our advanced AC feeders can be wired to any AC line and do not require a control to operate. For precise, instantaneous feed adjustment, frequent cycling of feeder or automated operation we have rugged solid-state controls available. Controls come standard in NEMA 12 enclosures for dusty environments, with other enclosures available.

    Eriez' Heavy Duty Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders are available in nine models with capacities to 850 tons (765 MT) per hour. (Capacity is based on sand weighing 100 pounds per cubic ft. (1.6 metric tons per cubic meter)).

  • Description: Eriez' HD Model High Deflection feeders offer capabilities never before possible in an electromagnetic vibratory feeder. Previously difficult to feed materials such as fine powders (talc or flour) or leafy products like lettuce and sticky candies such as Gummy Bears are no match for the 3/16" stroke of the HD feeder. Travel speeds to 80 feet per minute (24 mtrs/min) and throughputs ranging from 150 to 700 cu ft/hr ( 4.25 to 20 cu mtrs/hr) make these feeders ideal for packaging and other difficult applications.

    High deflection feeders achieve an unparalleled 3/16" amplitude to handle the most difficult materials.

    Ultra Force™ Feeders utilize optimized steel-coil drive springs for unmatched efficiency and performance. These units are ideal for high temperature applications where elastomeric drive springs cannot perform.

    Ultra Force™ Feeders utiliize “off-the-shelf“ variable frequency controls to adjust feeder output. Signal following capability is standard. Controls come standard in a NEMA 12 enclosure for dusty environments, with other enclosures available.
